The rich Lyons Blue really stands out on my countertop, and the beechwood grain is even more delicate in person. It grinds pepper with a satisfying, even consistency that feels sturdy without being heavy.

The beechwood feels wonderfully smooth and sturdy in the hand, and the grinding mechanism is satisfyingly solid. Blue is even richer in person—looks great on the counter. Works perfectly for my coarse black pepper.
