Slimline 奶油刀

I’ve been using this knife for two weeks now, and it already feels like an extension of my hand—the London Plane wood grain is beautiful and the handle stays comfortable even during long breakfast spreads.

The wood has a lovely smooth feel and spreads cold butter straight from the fridge without tearing the bread. My set has already developed a slight golden patina after just a few weeks.

Spreads butter smoothly right out of the wrapper, and the wood feels lighter than I expected. It’s comfortable for a whole breakfast, though I wish it was just a little bit stiffer for thick jam.
