The steel on these blades feels properly dense and holds a sharp edge through a full week of prep without needing a touch-up. The rosewood handles have a nice weight that makes them sit comfortably in the hand, and the grain varies nicely from piece to piece.

The rosewood handles on these knives have noticeably unique grain patterns, which I really appreciate as each one feels a little different. The steel blades arrived sharp and have held up well with normal kitchen use so far. Only minor gripe is the handles feel slightly lighter in hand than I expect
