奧林帕斯山茶

The spear-shaped flowers are such a unique look, and the tea has a surprisingly smooth, mellow herbal flavor. I’ve been drinking a cup after dinner to unwind, and it’s quickly become my favorite evening ritual.

I was expecting something bitter but this is actually smooth and pleasant to sip plain. The little spear-shaped flowers are pretty steeping in my clear glass mug, too. Been drinking it most evenings now instead of my usual herbal blend.

The dried flower really does look like tiny spears, which makes the ancient Greek backstory easy to picture. It brews into a mellow, pleasant cup that's surprisingly smooth—definitely my new afternoon go-to.
