London Plane 砧板 尺寸二

I just love how smooth the carved finish feels; it’s noticeably different from my old bamboo board. This one’s heavy enough to stay put while I’m chopping, and the wood grain is surprisingly beautiful for a workhorse kitchen tool.

The tight grain of this London Plane wood is even more striking in person, and the hand-carved finish feels silky smooth. I’ve already used it for a cheese board and the surface held up perfectly without any knife marks. A gorgeous piece that makes prep feel more special.

I was a bit worried the hand-carved finish would snag my knives, but it’s actually incredibly smooth and the wood grain is stunning. It’s surprisingly heavy and stable on the counter, perfect for daily chopping.
