I was surprised how evenly this pan heats across the entire cooking surface—no more hot spots burning my onions. The pre-seasoned finish gave me a good non-stick experience right out of the box.

The pre-seasoned surface actually works — eggs slide right off with just a little butter. High sides caught every splatter when I made chili, and the helper handle makes it easy to lift one-handed when full.
