I've had this pot on my stovetop for three weeks and the way it evenly conducts heat for melting butter is exactly what I needed. It's heavy but the handles make it easy to pour hot syrup without any drips.

It handled a big batch of cheese fondue without any hot spots, and I love that it's made in the USA. The heat distribution is really even, and it's nice knowing this piece will last.

I've used it three times this week just for warming butter and melting cheese for burgers, and the heat stays so even that nothing scorches on the bottom. It's light enough to move from stove to table with one hand, which is a huge plus for me.
