薰衣草糖

The fine texture of this sugar dissolves perfectly in my morning tea without any grittiness. I've been swapping it into shortbread cookies too, and the floral note is subtle but distinct. Three tablespoons gave my scones just the right hint of lavender without being overpowering.

I was skeptical about how well the lavender flavor would come through, but even just two tablespoons in my morning muffin batter gave it a lovely, subtle floral note. The organic label and natural flavoring were a nice bonus too.

Subbed it into my usual shortbread recipe last weekend and the floral hint came through just enough without tasting like soap. The grains dissolve cleanly, so no gritty texture left behind. It's become my new staple for tea-time baking.
