3.5 Qt Dutch Oven

I was skeptical about the 3.5-quart size, but it's perfect for a weeknight soup for two with leftovers. The seasoned cast iron surface is already slick after just a few uses.

The lid fits snug enough that my stew barely simmered on low all afternoon, and the vintage-style handles stayed cool even during a long stovetop session. Cleanup was a quick wipe after it cooled, which surprised me for cast iron.

I've used it three times this week already, and the vintage-inspired handle design makes it easy to grip even with oven mitts on. My stew came out perfectly even and the 3.5 quart size is just right for our family of four.
