Vintage Tile Stretched Canvas Print in Evergreen

Vintage Tile Stretched Canvas Print in Evergreen - Main image
$225 $300 In stock

We've collaborated again with David Dodde of House Industries to bring some early Heath tile artwork to a new medium. Edith Heath and her niece Winnie Crittenden—who is now our Master Glazer—spun standard 12x12 tiles on the glaze wheel (a technique typically reserved for glazing dinnerware pieces, not tile) to create these unique patterns and effects. David reinterpreted those designs to create these large canvases in a color palette that complements our Winter Seasonal collection.

Timothy G. ★★★★★

I hung this in my dining room and the canvas texture really makes the vintage tile pattern pop. It came well-packaged and stretched tight over the frame.

Edward F. ★★★★★

The green tones in this print perfectly capture the earthy feel of those original Heath tiles, and the canvas texture adds a nice tactile depth. I’ve got it hanging in my kitchen, and it brings a subtle, organic warmth to the whole room.

James F. ★★★★★

The print’s got that hand-thrown tile texture, so it feels more like a real piece of Heath’s workshop than a flat canvas. It’s already brightening up my kitchen wall, and the evergreen tones shift nicely in the afternoon light.
