Our hand-crafted wooden holiday decorations are made by a cooperative of artisans in the town of Seiffen, Germany (known as “toy village”), where woodworking has been a part of the local trade for hundreds of years. These trees are carved out of a single piece of wood, continuing a centuries-old tradition of portraying winter countryside scenes that celebrate the season.

Lily I. ★★★★★

The grain on this little tree is so beautifully distinct, and the hand-carved details make it feel much more special than a generic decoration. I’ve placed it on my mantel, and it adds a warm, old-world feel to the room.

The little details in the woodwork are what sold me—you can see the artisan’s hand in every curve of the branches. It’s got a warm, natural weight to it that makes it feel like a real keepsake, not just a seasonal prop.

Claire H. ★★★★★

I was really impressed by the hand-carved details—you can tell the artisans in Seiffen put real care into this. It’s just the right size for a shelf, and the wood has a nice, smooth finish that feels sturdy.
