Sand is an earthy, off-white, semi-matte glaze. It's great for those looking for lighter colored dinnerware with visual texture in the glaze. The wiped edge reveals our darker manganese clay body highlighting the profiles of the pieces.

The semi-matte glaze has a subtle texture that catches the light nicely, and the wiped edge gives each piece a handmade feel. I've been using this set for daily meals and it holds up great in the dishwasher. The off-white color goes well with any tablecloth or placemat I pair it with.

I love the earthy off-white color—the semi-matte glaze has a subtle texture that catches the light nicely. The wiped edge revealing the darker clay body gives each piece a handcrafted feel.

Finally got these and the semi-matte glaze feels wonderful in the hand. The wiped edge showing the darker clay underneath gives each piece a unique, handmade look. They’ve instantly made my everyday meals feel a bit more special.
