When life gives you an abundance of green chiles and jalapeño peppers it’s the perfect time to make salsa verde. After a particularly large harvest the team at Los Poblanos set to work adapting their beloved hot sauce recipe to feature the fresh, bright flavors of New Mexico’s distinctive green chile and locally grown jalapeños. The result was a strikingly delicious take on classic flavors with a zesty kick. Expert tip: Salsa Verde is the secret ingredient to elevate your favorite simple dishes like bolita beans, potatoes or a quesadilla. Mix it with avocado to spread on toast or add to guacamole.

Isabella A. ★★★★★

This batch has just the right balance of heat and tang, and it's chunkier than most store-bought salsas. I've been putting it on everything from tacos to scrambled eggs since the jar arrived.

Owen M. ★★★★★

I was skeptical about jarred salsa verde vs. homemade, but the balance of green chiles and jalapeños in this one actually tastes garden-fresh. Perfect for slathering on carne asada tacos or as a quick enchilada sauce.

Claire ★★★★★

This batch came out of a huge chile harvest, and you can really taste that the peppers were fresh-picked and roasted, not from a jar. The heat is present but mellow, and it’s perfect spooned over eggs or stirred into a pot of beans.
