This spoon is ideal for assisting in making risottos and thick sauces. The large hole allows for easy stirring of thick mixtures. Each is made by hand from London Plane wood and the design is beautifully balanced and a joy to hold. Over time they take on the character of your cooking. Because of the inherent variation of the wood and its hand made nature each spoon will differ slightly.
