Designed in collaboration with Christina Kim and Alice Waters, this dinner plate was created for Alice Waters' iconic Chez Panisse restaurant in 2006. Born out of a mutual appreciation for the beauty found in natural ingredients, this line takes cues from classic French porcelain restaurant ware, with a Heath twist. A portion of the proceeds are donated to the Edible Schoolyard Project, whose mission is to provide a free, sustainable school lunch for students K–12 in public schools throughout the country.

Mia K. ★★★★★

The plate feels wonderfully substantial in hand, and the subtle handmade quality from the Chez Panisse collaboration gives it a story that makes everyday meals feel special.

Aurora ★★★★★

I’ve had these plates for a few months and the way the glaze reflects light makes every meal look more special. They feel substantial yet perfectly balanced in hand, and the slightly textured rim gives a nice contrast while eating.

Chloe ★★★★★

The curve of the rim is just right for cozy weeknight dinners, and the glaze has this subtle, handmade depth that makes a simple salad feel like a proper restaurant course. It's been through the dishwasher countless times and still looks as good as the day it arrived.
