Lemon Verbena is a perennial woody shrub, whose leaves are used for a myriad of purposes from medicinal (immunity booster), cosmetic (ancient Spanish perfumes) and culinary (for a fresh lemon accent). This batch is from the spring harvest. Try this tea to help with relaxation, stress relief, and inflammation. The ingredients are sourced directly from the Erda farm in Coombsville, Napa Valley.
