DG12 Sample in Basalt Lava Blend Triangles

The metallic flecks catch the light beautifully against the deep matte base, giving these tiles real depth. I’m already planning which of the four styles I’ll use for my fireplace surround.

Four tiles in one kit is such a smart way to compare the finishes in person, and the basalt blend really shifts between dark matte and shiny metallic depending on the light. Even as a sample, the weight and texture feel substantial, which makes me more confident about ordering the full size.

The metallic flakes in the basalt triangles catch the light in a way that makes the dark glaze feel almost liquid, and the matte pieces balance it out perfectly. Even as a sample, the weight and texture feel substantial enough to judge how they'd look on a real backsplash.
