サウスウエスト ソルトセット

The Chimayó salt has a beautiful earthy flavor that makes simple roasted vegetables taste incredible. I love having four different salts to match whatever I’m cooking, and the wooden box keeps them tidy on my counter.

I’ve been sprinkling the Fuego salt on roasted vegetables and it adds just the right level of heat without overpowering. Each variety in this set has a distinct personality, making it fun to experiment with different dishes.

The Oaxacan salt has such a unique, smoky depth that I've never found in any other finishing salt. The set gives me four distinct flavors to play with, and even the Woodfire variety adds a wonderful rustic kick to simple roasted vegetables.
