Lucy ★★★★★

The rosewood handle has such a beautiful, rich color that every knife looks slightly unique. It feels balanced and comfortable in my hand, and the blade took to slicing tomatoes like butter.

Joseph P. ★★★★★

The precision-ground blade is incredibly sharp right out of the box, making my prep work feel effortless. The rosewood handle feels nicely balanced and substantial in my hand during use.

Chloe U. ★★★★★

I was skeptical about a knife this lightweight, but the precision-ground blade glides through tomatoes like butter and the rosewood handle warms right up in your hand. Even after a month of daily use, the edge holds better than any German steel I've owned.
