ブラックハンドル 彫刻ナイフセット

I sliced through a butternut squash with almost no effort—the blade's edge held up perfectly after a week of daily use. The handle’s internal back weight gives it a nice, balanced feel that makes chopping feel effortless.

The ice-hardening process really makes these blades hold an edge; I’ve been slicing through squash and tomatoes with zero effort. The weight of the handles feels perfectly balanced, not too heavy in hand.

Cutting through a whole butternut squash without any tearing was honestly impressive, the blade feels incredibly rigid and stable. The weight in the handle makes each slice feel precise and effortless.
