I was a little worried it’d look too plain on its own, but the curved silhouette catches the light beautifully even without flowers. It’s the kind of piece that makes you want to rearrange the whole shelf around it, and I’ve already moved it twice since it arrived.

The vase body has a nice weight to it, so it doesn’t topple over even when I only put a single stem in. I’m using three of them in a cluster on the sideboard and the understated look is exactly what the room needed.
