The texture is beautifully uneven, just like real handmade tile — each of the four samples has a slightly different feel. I held them up to different lights and the manganese really does shift from almost charcoal to a warm brown. Only wish the sample kit came with a fifth tile to get a better sense

The way the manganese blend shifts under different lighting is beautiful, and I love that the sample kit lets you see all four styles side by side. The texture on these tiles is much richer in person than what I expected from the photos.

The texture surprised me most—each tile feels distinctly different under my fingers, and the manganese blend really does shift from warm to cool depending on the light. Having all four styles in one kit made it easy to lay them side by side and picture the final floor.
