Paella Pan 10"

The fact that there are no welds or rivets on this pan is what sold me, and after a month of use it’s held up perfectly. The seamless iron heats so evenly for a 10-inch size, and it’s been absolutely flawless in the oven, too.

I’ve been using this pan daily for a couple weeks and the laminated iron heats so evenly that even my rice dishes come out perfect without scorching. It feels solid and heavy in the hand, but not too heavy to lift with one hand.

Moved this straight from the stove into a 450 degree oven without a second thought, and the handle never got wobbly on me. The one-piece iron build is solid, no rivets to trap grease, and it's already getting that nice dark patina after a few dinners.
