The birdseye maple grain is absolutely stunning up close, and it spins so smoothly on its bearing that a full salad bowl rotates with one finger. I’ve had it on my table for every holiday meal since I got it, and it’s already earned its spot as the centerpiece.

I've had mine for a few months now, and it still spins as smoothly as the day I got it. The birdseye maple is even more striking in person, and the craftsmanship is solid enough for our heavy stoneware dishes.

It’s been on our dining table for two weeks now, and the birdseye maple grain catches the light from every angle—almost too pretty to cover with plates. The weight feels reassuringly solid, so it doesn’t slide or wobble when we spin it to pass the salt.
